PLEASE NOTE: to qualify as an election worker you must be either a registered voter in California or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. and aged 18 and older. Being an election worker requires a solid commitment to be at the vote center location before, during and after the vote centers are open.
The vote centers will be open three days before the election for 8 hours each day and on Election Day, 7am to 8 pm. Breaks are provided throughout the day.
Those who can commit to working all four days at a vote center will be placed first. If you cannot work all days, you can still apply. You may be placed the days you are available or called to replace a worker that drops out
Vote center workers must be able to read and write English.
