Who We Are

Enhanced Court Collection (ECC) is responsible for collecting fines and fees referred to us by the Marin County Superior Court. For our location and hours see the contact page .  If you would like to contact us via email, please use our contact form.

Payment Options

Individuals may pay delinquent fines or bail in full directly to the Enhanced Court Collection division.

Visit our office to make payments or to work out payment arrangements. Payments may also be mailed to us (please do not send cash) or paid online by credit card, debit card, or electronic fund transfer from your bank account.

We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, electronic fund transfers, money orders, cash, and credit or debit cards. Please make checks payable to Marin ECC.
