Project Description
The applicant requests Design Review approval to convert an existing carport to a garage on a developed lot in Kentfield. The 95 square feet of proposed development would result in a 10.15-percent floor area ratio on the 37,800-square foot lot. The maximum height of the development was not discernible from the project plans. The development would maintain the following setbacks: 32 feet from the north property line; greater than 100 feet from the east property line; 74 feet from the south property line; and 15 feet from the west property line.
Design Review is required pursuant to Marin County Development Code Section 22.42.020(A) as the project involves construction of improvements authorize not exempt from the requirement to obtain Design Review approval.
