  • Reviewed and refined draft guiding principles with the communications working group.
  • Analyzed results from the website navigation survey.
  • Shared insights and recommendations from the user research findings with project team.
  • Surveyed the communications working group and executive steering committee about visual identity.
  • Identified pages for design concept mock-ups.
  • Shared draft content guide with digital accessibility team and equity office for review.

Doing

  • Finalize guiding principles.
  • Begin working on design concepts and mock-ups.
  • Draft design style guide.
  • Start scheduling interviews with community members and County employees to provide input on design concepts.
  • Drupal immersion training for members of the County's digital team.
  • Get training and subscription contracts with recommended content management system vendor approved.
  • Share and get feedback from departments on draft implementation plan
