Done/doing update (February 7, 2023)

This is a recap of what we’ve done from January 18 – February 7 and what we’re working on next.

Done

• Completed design and accessibility testing for the beta site
• Launched (softly) a beta version of the new website
• Released communication plan for upcoming cohort departments
• Developed a beta release plan for launching new content on a monthly basis

Doing

• Fix accessibility bug in footer
• Continue writing new content for the Community Development Agency, Board of Supervisors, Information Services and Technology, and Cultural Services departments
• Build page templates for information, event, action and meeting pages
• Develop content lifecycle governance
