This lush 10-acre park is part of the Civic Center campus designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Rangers Recommend:
- Travel an easy access path circling the lagoon, popular with joggers and strollers.
- Bring lunch, or get a snack from the nearby twice weekly farmers' market.
- Enjoy the avian show. Several species of ducks, geese, and shorebirds make their home here.
- Try your luck at pole fishing from the shore.
- While you're here, visit the Marin Center art gallery, or tour Civic Center.
- Friendly dogs on leash are welcome in the park.

- Please don't feed birds or other wildlife. Observe quietly from a distance.
- No water contact. Lagoon is not maintained for people or pets.
- No swimming, boating, or floatables in the lagoon.
- Don't release domestic turtles or amphibians into the lagoon. They can injure native species.
