The applicant is requesting Site Plan Review approval to remove, replace, and reinforce an existing foundation for a single-family, two-story residence in San Geronimo. The project does not propose to expand or enlarge the residence. Various site improvements would also be entailed in the proposed development, including new windows and doors.
Site Plan Review approval is required pursuant to Marin County Code Section 22.52.020.F because the project would entail grading or otherwise expose soil within the Stream Conservation Area on a lot subject to the SGV combining district.
